Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your photography session date. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date subject to availability and our rescheduling policy.

Image Delivery and Usage

Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session via our online gallery. You will receive high-resolution digital files with print release for personal use.

Copyright and Licensing

We retain the copyright to all images created during your session. You receive a license for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media with proper credit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session date may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to the full session fee.

In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
